This "Gray Cook" band is a piece of equipment we use at almost every workout session we have. No gym, home or professional, should be without one!

Ahh, the heavy rope! Love this thing! This might be one of the most humbling pieces of equipment PB sells! We bought four of them, and will be buying more soon! Jumping rope gets taken to a new level with them. Pull-ups are a helluva lot more challenging, too.

But these workouts keep getting in the way.

What? You still here? You need to be working out.

Huh? You need something to do? Ok, go buy a jump rope. Start jumping for 15 seconds on and 15 seconds off. Do that for five minutes total.
