    NoBullFit's boot camp workouts are challenging and fun ways to gain muscular strength or endurance or both. The workouts help folks with fat loss and weight loss. Want to gain the confidence of knowing you can make your body do what you want it to do when you want to do it? NoBullFit's boot camp workouts will inspire you! They will help you gain that confidence!

    NoBullFit offers two Boot Camps at Rancho Bernardo Community Park.

    • The first camp starts at 5:30am and ends at 6:30am.
    • The second camp starts at 9:30am and ends at 10:30am.

    You get to choose the Boot Camp that fits you and your schedule! NoBullFit Boot Camps happen Monday through Friday and last about an hour each session. There are 20 sessions per camp. Packages include 5-days, 4-days, 3-days and 2-days per week. 

     

    • M-T-W-T-F = 20 sessions for $400
    • M-T-T-F = 16 sessions for $320
    • M-W-F = 12 sessions for $220
    • T-T = 8 sessions for $160

     

    NoBullFit boot camps happen rain or shine, hot or cold. Lightening and fire are the only things stopping us from training. 

    Expect everything from a NoBullFit Boot Camp. From pushups and speed squats to burpees and sprints to pulling tires and pushing cars to tons of team building - NoBullFit finds numerous ways to make the body's muscles work.

    We'll have three levels of exertion in each camp:

    • Beginner - We kick your butts!
    • Intermediate - We kick your butts and smile about it!
    • Advanced - We kick your butts and laugh out loud about it!

    In all seriousness, NoBullFit differentiates between fitness levels. If something is too strenuous, let us know. We can make it easier while maintaining a challenge. If it is too easy, just give us a shout. We have zero issues with intensifying a workout!
