This a fresh website. That's fresh as in new, as in something that the web hasn't seen. Think Dear Abby for the fitness world. You ask a fitness question, and these guys not only answer it, but they'll give you a video description. So, you want to know how to do a jumper's squat? How about plyometric pushups or better ways to work the glutes? Ask jolo!

This website is a continual work in progress. This page will be organized soon enough. Enjoy these for now. The video on the left is a high school dance team doing a dynamic warm-up, getting ready for a total-body workout. The video on the right is Milo pulling 150-lb tire with 75 pounds of weight put in the front of the tire. This is a 150-foot drag while gripping towels. Three drags down, this one and one more to go!
