This is NoBullFit
One-on-one training, groups or teams - it doesn't matter. NoBullFit develops programs that help people play the way they want to play.
Every NoBullFit client goes through a thorough screening process that
helps our trainers determine the best method to help you or your team reach your goals. The process includes a Functional Movement Screen and a complete physical screening. Our golf fitness clients will complete the golf fitness screening, too. And to make sure NoBullFit gets everything, some clients - those with serious pain - will be taken though a Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), which helps us determine the origin of the pain. If the pain is something NoBullFit can fix through exercise, we will not hesitate to do just that. If we can't take care of the pain, several well-qualified physical therapists and Active Release Technique (ART) specialist on speed dial. We will work with them to get you pain free and on the road to your goal.
Fundamental Movement Screening
- We will take each camper's body through seven fundamental movement patterns that will tell us if it possesses limitations in basic movements or if there are any asymmetries - a telling sign of muscle and joint compensation and the best predictor of musculoskeletal injury available. Each client receives "homework" based on the outcome of the movement screen. Check out the Functional Movement website to learn more about its benefits.

Selective Functional Movement Assessment
- "Many components comprise pain-free functional movement including adequate posture, ROM, muscle
performance, motor control, and balance reactions. Impairments of each component could potentially alter functional movement resulting in or as a consequence of pain." - from the Functional Movement Systems website. The SFMA is the tool used to find where the pain begins. Once finding it, the SFMA will give NoBullFit's trainers a roadmap to pain-free movement.
